Grosjean (1841–1888). Inspired by the beauty and movement of the sea, Wave Edge captures the graceful rhythm of ocean waves through its flowing contours, sculptural detailing, and elegantly undulating borders.

The pattern's distinctive wave-like edges and fanciful marine-inspired ornamentation create a remarkable sense of movement and fluidity. Both artistic and sophisticated, Wave Edge reflects the extraordinary craftsmanship and imaginative design that established Tiffany Co. as a leader in American silver during the late 19th century. Its graceful lines and richly modeled details make it a stunning complement to even the most elaborate table settings.

Charles T. Grosjean was among the most accomplished silver designers of his era, once described as "one of the best living decorators of silver." After working in his family's prestigious silver firm, which supplied prominent New York retailers including Tiffany Co., Grosjean joined Tiffany in 1868 as superintendent of its silver factory. He also taught at the Tiffany School and created several of the company's most celebrated sterling silver patterns, including Chrysanthemum and English King.

Wave Edge remains a beautiful expression of Tiffany's artistic heritage, combining the romance of the sea with the elegance, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.

Dinner Luncheon Size Wave Edge by Tiffany Co.
