Extraordinary Dutch sterling silver bell 8 3/4" weighing 13 troy ounces (maker unknown). This piece features a 3-D handmade clock tower with steps and three men. This bell is hand engraved with a man holding a shield which reads "Nec Sorte Nec Fato", which is Latin for "Neither By Chance Nor Fate" (see photos).


This piece is in good estate condition as shown in the photos. Note: It does not have a clapper. Exceptional piece!
