Antique Cupboard has a 30-day return policy on all purchases, satisfaction guaranteed. We will exchange or refund your purchase if not completely happy.

All silver (whether previously owned or new) is thoroughly inspected for product quality and is guaranteed to be in excellent condition for its age.

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of excessive wear and defects.

Pieces may reflect slight variations in backstamps, markings, weight, or size, depending on manufacturers' changes in design, or the length of time in production. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment in full upon reciept, less shipping charges, if received within 30 days. In some cases we will also refund your postage for our error, just ask.

All merchandise is subject to prior sale. Some items you desire may not still be available when we receive your order. If some or all of the items of your order have been sold prior to receipt of your payment or are otherwise unavailable for sale, we will not charge you for items are not available. Credit cards are not billed until the time of shipment. In the event of a paypal order, we will promptly issue you a full refund for those pieces you have paid for that are not available.

Antique Cupboard does not honor those prices that are the result of a typographical error or are obviously unrealistic, such as those made by computer or human error. We are human and occasionally make mistakes. Our website is updated daily when orders are shipped.

Most patterns are professionally polished by our silversmiths to like new condition. Most Victorian and antique patterns are left in their original condition. Please specify if you do not want your pieces buffed when ordering.

90-day Layaway:
As a convenience to our customers, we offer a 90-day layaway option to ensure you can secure that special item. Please contact us by phone 1-800-637-4583 or email to set up your layaway.

Our standard terms are 25% down with the remaining balance due in 3 equal 25% payments over the next three months. Payments are conveniently auto-billed monthly to your credit card.

Once your order is paid in full, we ship it out to you promptly.

You may pay your layaway off early at any time if you wish. Please contact us by phone 1-800-637-4583 or email if you would like to pay off early.

Please note: Layaway orders that are canceled are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Layaways over 30 days late on payments will be considered canceled.
