Lovely J.G. and S. cut crystal dresser jar with sterling silver lid (maker unknown). This jar measures 5 1/2" x 4". It has a date inscription on the lid "1876 Sept. 26th 1901" (see photos), and is in good vintage condition. Pretty piece!
