Outstanding Arts and Crafts William Devenport English Estate sterling silver trophy/loving cup made in Birmingham, England, circa 1907. It features repousse leaves and two applied handles.


This trophy/loving cup measures 9 5/8" tall (11 1/4" with handles) x 5 7/8" (10 1/2" with handles), and weighs 22.57 troy ounces. There is a presentation engraving that reads, "The Alex Gray Memorial Perpetual Trophy For Novice Pipings Awarded By The Edinburgh Castle" (see photos). This piece is in good estate condition as shown. Remarkable!
