Beautiful shell motif silverplate and glass hurricane lamp candlestick pair, circa 1890 (maker unknown). The hurricane lamps feature lovely hand etched leaves, flowers, and dots on the glass shade. The pieces measure 18 1/2" tall. They are not monogrammed. This pair is being offered in as-is estate condition, with a few small chips to the glass and some wear to the silver plating as shown in the photos. Pretty set! Note: See photos of the original sales sticker for $1,250, probably sold at an antique store.
