Early Dinner Size "Kings" shell motif English sterling silver Flatware set, 53 pieces.

This set includes:

12 Dinner Size Knives, with original carbon steel blades, 8 - 11" w/eagle crest, 4-10 7/8" with "W" monogram

12 Dinner Size Forks, 7 3/4", w/dog and rooster on reverse

11 Teaspoons, 6", w/dog rooster on front

12 Place Soup Spoons, 7 1/8", w/dog rooster on front

2 Gravy Ladles, 7 1/8", w/dog rooster on front

2 Serving Spoons, 8 7/8" w/dog rooster on front

1 Flat Handle Master Butter, 7" w/"A" monogram

1 Large Berry Spoon, shell bowl, 10 5/8", w/queen crest

Includes BONUS brand new flatware storage chest.
Good condition overall. The original carbon steel blades are in rough condition - we can replace the blades with stainless blunt dinner blades, upon request, if desired. The knife handles have some dings.
Most of the set is hallmarked for Wm. Eaton, London, 1825-1828 and have a wonderful whimsical hand engraved begging dog rooster "crest".
The Dinner Knives are by Aaron Hadfield, Sheffield, 1831-32. The Berry spoon - George Adams, London, 1845-46. Master Butter - Robert Smeaton, Edinburg-Scottland, 1816-17.
