Exceptional Gorham sterling silver porringer marked #5829A. This piece features "ABC's" around the rim. It was retailed by Bailey, Banks and Biddle.

The porringer measures 2 1/4" tall x 7" in diameter and weighs 9.2 troy ounces. It has an inscription "Harry A. Poth Jr. Sunday, November 5th, 1911" (see photos), and is in good vintage condition. Charming piece!
