Introduced in 1961, Bamboo was designed by Tiffany's then-Design Director, Van Day Truex. In 1965, Bamboo won the International Design Award for silver. Its simplicity and character have made it a favorite for modern table settings, but the thematic reference to 19th century chinoiserie decorations makes bamboo compatible with more traditional interiors as well.
