Being offered is an exceptional Mid-Century Modern, circa 1961, sterling silver set designed by Ronald Prip for Reed Barton. The pattern is included in the collection of The Dallas Museum of Art and is prominently featured in Jewel Sterns important book "Modernism in American Silver - 20th Century Design." This pattern has an elongated rigid linear quality with a sharp profile. The unique handle of the knife is turned 90 degrees.
