Wonderful Groham sterling silver large round pin cushion with bright-cut floral design marked #B276. The pin cushion measures 1 1/2&quot tall (2 3/4&quot tall including cushion) x 5 3/4&quot in diameter.
This piece has a vintage monogram and inscription with date 1901. It is in good estate vintage condition as shown in the photo, with some staining to the needlepoint cushion. Lovely piece!
