Aesthetic
sterling salver tray was made by Whiting and features a detailed acid
etched crab in a fishing net. The rim is hand hammered and it has
applied feet. It has a "MLL" monogram and it's stamped with a #989 and
D. The tray dates from the 1880's, it measures 9 3/4" in diameter,
and it weighs 20.3 ozt. It is in excellent condition. Museum quality.
