Exceptional Francis David Dexter English Victorian sterling silver 3-piece tea set hand chased with intricate floral design. The tea pot has a 3-D cast leaf and acorn finial. The pieces have applied cast handles and cast scroll feet. This set was made in London with date mark for 1840, which includes:
1 - Tea Pot: Measures 11 1/4&quot x 6 1/2&quot x 5 7/8&quot tall and weighs 25.88 troy ounces.
1 - Sugar (gold washed interior): Measures 8 3/8&quot x 5 1/4&quot x 4 5/8&quot tall and weighs 13.70 troy ounces.
1 - Creamer (gold washed interior): Measures 6&quot x 4&quot x 5 1/4&quot tall and weighs 8.48 troy ounces.
This set has a vintage monogram and family crest with bird (see photos). They are engraved on the underside, likely the retailer &quot Emanuel Brothers London&quot . This set is in excellent condition. Absolutely beautiful!
