Beautiful footed bowl with cobalt glass liner (unmarked/maker unknown). This piece appears to be silver on copper and is known as a potato ring that is used for hot foods to protect the surface of the table frame. It is fancy pierced with flowers and scrollwork.
The bowl measures 3 1/2" tall x 7 1/2". It is not monogrammed and is in good estate condition as shown, with wear and surface scratches, as expected with age. Wonderful piece!
