been one of the most detailed and ornate patterns in the Christofle’s
catalog since it was created in 1897. The fine chasing is an exquisite
exle of Rocaille with its asymmetrical crawling plant and shell
motifs.
This
pattern expresses the lavish refinement of the French Table. With its
natural decoration & voluptuous curves, Marly is characteristic of
the Louis XV style.
