14K white gold Art Deco amethyst necklace. The piece features a huge briolette cut pale amethyst weighing 68 carats, and measures about 40mm x 19.6mm. There are five faceted amethyst beads that are each approximately 6.5mm.
The paperclip chain measures 18" long. With the bail the pendant piece measures 3" long. The necklace weighs 9.6 dwt., and the piece dates between 1910-1920's. Remarkable!
