Sterling opal intarsia pendant. The inlay is made with opal, lapis, malachite, and onyx. The intarsia was made and is signed by Jim Kaufmann and weighs 33.87 carats. It has a custom sterling bezel. 
The intarsia measures about 26mm square. With the bail, the pendant measures 1 1/2" long. It includes a new 18" sterling chain. The necklace weighs 6.8 dwt., and this is a contemporary piece. Amazing!
