Fabulous large handwrought sterling pin #133 made by International and designed by Alphonse La Paglia. There are three leaves with beads. It measures 57mm x 42mm or 2 1/8" x 1 1/2", it weighs 9.9 dwt., and it dates from the 1940-50s. Beautiful!
