Georgian to early Victorian 18k yellow gold pin and earring set with finely textured loops set with purplish garnets. Very hard to find earrings and sets of this era. The earrings measure 1 3/8" long and each have four round garnets. The earrings each weigh 1.4 dwt.
The pin measures 1 1/2" and has eight round garnets. The round garnets measure 2mm to 4mm. The pin weighs 4.7 dwt. There is a loop to wear the pin as a pendant; we can add a bail upon request. Unpolished.
The set dates from the 1860-1880's. The wire hooks are vintage, but not original. Please note there is a small dent in the top shiny bead of one of the earrings. Fabulous set!
