14k yellow gold purple sapphire filigree ring. The ring features a genuine earth mined round cut purple sapphire. It measures about 4.9mm and weighs .55cts. The pierced filigree mounting has some wear on either side from being worn next to other rings.


It is rare to find filigree in yellow gold. The ring fits a size 5.5 finger, weighs 1.11 dwt., and dates from the 1940s. Extraordinary!
