14k yellow gold ring featuring a round genuine blue sapphire weighing .21cts. The sapphire has pale sky blue with a little lavender color and measures about 3.3mm. The ring fits a very small size 1 finger, weighs 0.55 dwt., and dates from the 1940s with four re-tipped prongs. Charming!
