10K yellow gold cameo filigree ring with a high relief shell cameo. The oval brown and white shell cameo measures about 17.5mm x 12.5mm. The cameo is 7.5mm high and depicts a 3-D woman's face. The filigree is crisp with detailed swags and rosettes. The ring fits a size 7.75 finger and weighs 3.55 dwt. It dates from the 1920s. Lovely!
