Art Deco 10k white gold filigree round circle pin with a ribbon or bow set with marquise shape blue synthetic lab-created sapphire. The sapphire measures about 5mm x 2.5mm. The pin measures 1 1/8" wide, and it weighs 1.9dwt. It dates from 1910-20s. Pretty!
