10k yellow gold Victorian lavaliere with an angel skin coral/shell cameo that is accented by a small European cut diamond and a seed pearl. There are applied green gold leaves.The tiny round diamond and pearl each measures about 1.6mm. The lavaliere measures 1 1/2" long with bail, and includes a new 14k yellow gold 18" chain. The necklace weighs 1.11 dwt., and dates from the 1890s. Lovely!
