14k Gold Victorian Festoon Amethyst Necklace with Pearls (#J3974)
14k yellow gold Victorian festoon necklace featuring pearls and an amethyst. The amethyst is briolette cut in the shape of a heart and measures about 8.3mm x 6.8mm. There are nine baroque freshwater pearls that measure around 4mm. The necklace measures 14 3/4" long, and the center pendant ranges from 2 1/4" long. The piece weighs 3.3 dwt., and it dates from the 1880's. An extender chain can be added to lengthen the necklace if desired. Lovely!
