14k yellow gold carved jade and ruby retro pin with bail to be worn as a pendant made by Wordley, Allsopp and Bliss (WAB). WAB produced top quality jewelry and were the main suppliers for Tiffany and Co in the 1940's and 1950's, and many of their pieces were retailed by Tiffany.
The oval carved jade panel is carved with flowers and measures 30.33mm x 22.94mm x 2.94mm. There are twenty round genuine pinkish-red rubies measuring about 2mm. The pin measures 1 7/8" by 1 5/8".
GIA report #6224545493 stating translucent A jadeite, natural color. The pin/pendant weighs 7.80 dwt., and dates from the 1940's. Captivating!
