18k white gold filigree ring featuring a round brilliant cut aquamarine weighing .34 cts. The light blue genuine earth mined aqua measures about 4.5mm. There are two triangular shaped blue stones. The blue stones are original paste/glass and have chips.
The ring fits a size 5.75 finger and weighs 1.63 dwt. It dates from the 1920s with six new prongs.
