12k white gold filigree ring with a specialty cut synthetic lab-created ruby. The red stone measures about 15mm x 7mm. This is the original stone which has scratches. The ring fits a size 6.25 finger and weighs 1.70 dwt. It dates from the 1920s. It looks like it is marked OB for Ostby and Barton and tests 12k. Fabulous!
