Wonderful Edward and John Bernard English Victorian sterling silver four-piece tea set, made in London circa 1854. This set features 3-D bird finials with engraved scrollwork, applied handles and spouts, and an applied pierced footed base. This set includes:
1 - Coffee Pot: Measures 11 1/4" tall x 9" and weighs 27.6 troy ounces.
1 - Tea Pot: Measures 8 1/2" tall x 10" and weighs 24.1 troy ounces.
1 - Sugar (open/no lid and gold washed interior): Measures 5 1/2" tall x 7 1/2" and weighs 13.1 troy ounces.
1 - Creamer (gold washed interior): Measures 6 1/4" tall x 4 1/4" and weighs 9 troy ounces.
This set has a lion crest monogram holding a star (see photos), and is in good estate condition. Exceptional!
