French Silver footed bowl with applied cast full figure woman handles, applied ribbon bows, repoussed swags and scrollwork, marked Merite. It measures 5&quot x 8&quot with handle x 6&quot diameter and weighs 17.28 ozt.    It is not monogrammed and is in good vintage condition with minimal wear, most notably in central oval (see photo).  Outstanding piece!
