Rare Japanese by Whiting, circa 1874, sterling silver
Flatware set - 58 pieces (including 8 Mother of Pearl handle knives) in beautiful vintage chest.
This Japonesque pattern features a multi-motif design depicting
realistic birds among a background of grasses, with a bamboo border.
