Outstanding Martele by Gorham sterling silver bread tray with poppies. This piece was made November 24th, 1899, taking an incredible 90 hours to chase and 20 hours to make. It was exhibited at the 1900 Paris Exhibition.


This
tray is marked #2210, measures 15 1/2" x 12 1/8" x 2", and weighs an impressive 48.49 troy ounces. It is monogrammed in the center (see photo) and is in excellent
condition. Exceptional museum quality piece!
