This superb .900/1000 silver caviar dish was handmade by Italian silversmith Missiaglia. Missiaglia is the oldest jewelry/silver shop in Venice since 1846, and one of the oldest in Italy.
It features an underplate with three legs to hold the glass liner and a
lid. The silver has a wonderful, subtle hand-hammered finish. The piece measures 3 1/2" tall x 6" wide, and the weight of the
silver is 11.4 ozt. It was made circa 1970&apos s. It is not monogrammed
and is in excellent condition.
