Exceptional Olle Johanson sterling silver thin bread holder in a shell form. It measures 1 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" and weighs 1.69 troy ounces. It is not monogrammed and is in good estate condition as shown in the photos. Wonderful!


This item was most likely used by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) in one of the competitions either in Bocuse d'Or in Lyon (which takes place every 2nd year) or the Olympic (food) Games in Erfurt Germany (which takes place every 4th year). We believe this item was used to hold a thin crisp and was displayed together with another item made in sterling that held some kind of food.
