Hand engraved platinum ring featuring a natural Australian opal weighing 2.50 carats. The opal has a semi-translucent body color with lots of blue-green play of color. The oval cabochon opal measures about 11.9mm x 9.6mm. The ring fits a size 7 finger and weighs 1.59 dwt. It dates from the 1920s with a new head and stone. Lovely!
