Beautiful coin silver 3-piece tea set with applied 3-D gourd or nutmeg finial with leaves. This set has applied cast scrollwork feet and chased and repoussed flowers. It is hallmarked for Robert Rait of New York circa 1835-67 and Charters, Cann and Dunn of New York circa 1848-54. This set includes:
1 - Tea Pot: Measures 9 1/2" x 9" tall and weighs 27.9 troy ounces.
1 - Sugar (with lid): Measures 7 3/4" x 7 1/2" tall and weighs 19.73 troy ounces.
1 - Creamer: Measures 5 1/2" x 7 1/4" tall and weighs 13.92 troy ounces.
This set has a vintage monogram (see photos) and is in excellent condition. Gorgeous set!
