Extraordinary sterling silver shield with mirror wall hanging. This piece was designed and manufactured by Sharman D. Neill from Belfast. The wall hanging is decorated with sea serpents/mythological and Celtic knots. The top round crest is Matheson Clan-Fac et Spera, and the hallmark is for Glasgow 1890-1891.
The shield measures 31" x 23" wide. It is not monogrammed and is in good vintage condition. Impressive piece!
