A three-piece sterling belt buckle set with applied 10k yellow gold horse and flowers. The gold flowers and horse are each accented with a small round synthetic ruby. The set was made by John McCabe and is finely engraved.
McCabe Silversmith was founded in Southern California by John McCabe in 1923, reaching its apex during the golden age of the Hollywood Cowboy era during the 1930s and 1940s.
The buckle measures 2" by 1 3/4". The slide measures 3/8" by 7/8", and the belt tip measures 1 1/4" by 3/4". The set weighs 20.75 dwt. Extraordinary!
