The innovative and highly desirable flatware pattern "Tjorn" by Dansk was designed by Danish artist and designer Jens Quistgaard in 1959. It features striking Scandinavian modern design with specially designed blades and handles on the knives are turned 90 degrees. Dansk began operations in 1954 with Quistgaard as founding designer. His designs can be found in museums all over the world.
