Victorian 10k Rose Gold Pin with Wire Work and Attached Diamond Locket (#J6690)
Victorian 10k rose gold brooch pin with attached gold top locket. The pin is made with beautiful swirl wire work, measuring 2" x 5/8". Attached is a 10k rose gold rectangular locket with a mine cut diamond. The locket is hand engraved with a cross hatch with white gold accent. The locket has gold top and gold back with gold-filled frames on the inside.
The diamond measures about 2.7mm and weighs about .10ct. The locket measures 9/16" x 7/8". The locket has some dents on the reverse and is slightly pushed in on the front. The pin stem is not gold. The piece weighs 7.65 dwt., and dates from the 1890s. Terrific!
