10k yellow gold ring with white gold top. There is a small round brilliant cut diamond bezel set in the center. The diamond measures about 2.5mm and weighs about .06ct. There are two tiny polki/rough cut diamond accents. The ring fits a size 6.75 finger and weighs 1.07 dwt. It dates from the 1940s. Fabulous!
