The piece has eight stick pins including: a fabulous opal, fleur de lis, freshwater pearl, a dove with a ruby, a cross with seed pearls, a four-leaf clover with pearls, etc. The opals range from 3mm to 6mm, the seed pearls also range from 1mm to 3mm, the freshwater pearl measures 6x5mm, the diamond measures 2mm, and the ruby is 1mm. The brooch measures 66 long, top measures 44mm, the middle is 5mm, the bottom is 20mm, and the length of the piece is 2 1/2". The piece weighs 5.8 dwt and the piece dates from the 1890's.
